Every product sold is sold and won’t be taken back! There are no exceptions. However, we can process an exchange if the mistake is with us (Pradesh Hair Bundles). For instance, if you’re getting the products of incorrect length/texture, then we’ll correct it by taking them back. But, don’t worry! As a valued customer, you can freely share your feedback if you’re not satisfied with your business.

Our company’s stricter regulations on health and hygiene don’t allow us to accept the used hair products of humans. Our country’s Federal regulations and laws prohibit us from doing so.

Therefore, if we find any item that is taken out from the bundle or used in any way, the exchange attempts will be voided.

For any exchange requests, the user must reach us within twenty-four hours of product receipt. You can reach us via e-mail at support@pradeshhair.com. Therefore, the users are recommended to examine the products thoroughly on delivery. You’re not permitted to send the unauthorized items for exchange.

The products for exchange must reach within seven days from the date we authorize for replacement. After seven days, we’ll consider that the product was satisfactory and that there is no need for replacement.

Exchange Policies:

The product must be sent in its exact packaging along with the tags adhered to it. Hairs should be in their native bundle formats and shouldn’t have been untied.

Products shouldn’t be worn. Also, they shouldn’t be subjected any washing, coloring, unraveling, processing, cutting, styling, or altering of any kind.

The goods that are returned should contain their respective invoices.

We’ll need to receive the product before a replacement to be processed. So, the users are requested to give us at least seventy-two working hours from the time of receiving the returned goods.

The buyers will be accountable for all the return shipment costs. So, we recommend you to add the tracking number and/or insurance identity in order to safeguard your packages.

While returning, attach photographs of the product, as well as its packaging that support your reason for replacement.
